Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy: A minimum of $149 deposit will be charged to your credit card at time of booking. This will secure your reservation. Any outstanding amounts are payable upon arrival. Last minute bookings (less than 2 weeks in advance), will be charged the full amount at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: Deposit is non refundable unless cancellation is made at least 4 weeks prior to occupancy. Any cancellation will incur a $20.- administration fee per night canceled. Cancellations made less than 7 days days prior occupancy will be charged the full amount. Changing of booking date may be possible under some circumstances, please call 07 5545 3375 to make arrangements.
