Guest facilities at Villa Della Rosa

On arrival a fully sealed driveway leads up to “Villa della Rosa”.  Your private car park is right in front of the house, from there just a few steps will take you into the large terraced courtyard of the “U”-shaped Tuscan mansion.

Take the time and turn around to take in the great view of the peaceful gardens and the majestic trees of the National Park.

Guest Lounge

Upon entering, you will find yourself in the homely guest lounge.  Solid wood furnishings especially imported from Europe provide ambience and charm.

A cozy log fire spreads warmth on those cool winter nights, a large 127cm plasma TV and DVD player as well as an extensive games collection invites you to ‘feel at home’.  For your viewing and listening pleasure choose from our extensive collection of over 300 mostly recent release DVD’s and over 200 CD’s. DVD’s are updated every couple of month, so you are bound to find something you haven’t seen yet and you can watch all DVD’s for free

Sit back and let the ambiance created by magnificent crystals let you enjoy the magical beauty of mother nature.

Maps and brochures of the local attractions are available for your convenience and we are more than happy to help you plan your stay on Mount Tamborine.

Courtyard and Garden

The courtyard and the gardens invite you to enjoy peaceful outdoor life.  The villa is located in a very secluded corner of the mountain.  Beautifully established gardens with meandering walkways, private seating areas, shady palms and an amazing array of plants invite you to relax and unwind.  The garden features a variety of different seating areas for you to spend time with your loved one, without being disturbed.

Take in the serenity, listen to the abundant bird and frog life, watch the scrubturkey, spot a tawny frogmouth in the acacia or laugh back at the kookaburras. At night you might spot a bandicoot or a possum and on rainy summer nights you will find a variety of green tree frogs near the pond.

We highly recommend our relaxing inhouse massages for couples. Please call 07 5545 3375 for further information or if you would like to book.  1 hour massage from $80 – can be split into 2 half hour sessions, so you both are nice and relaxed!

Dinner

Romantic dinner available on request.  2 ($39 per person) or 3 ($49 per person) courses available, free glass of wine and unlimited juice or soft drink included.  Informal home cooked meals at $25 or $30 per person for  2 courses.
